"Throughout the first week of September 2013, we will be migrating our servers to a larger data centre in Reading and [your server] is one of the servers that is to be moved. In order to avoid any downtime due to this move, we have planned to migrate all the accounts and data from the current server to a new server which would be setup in the new data centre.

The migration process involves zero downtime. Your websites, emails , databases and all other components would be online at all times. You won't need to make any changes as the server's main IP address , name servers IP address and dedicated IPs will remain the same. We are confident that the new server will only enhance your website's performance. If you come across any issue or problem after this move, please contact our technical support department right away.

Scheduled migration - Friday 20th September, 1:00PM BST.

They say there should be no issues with this and no changes need to be made but if you do encounter problems on Friday or subsequently, please let me know at or via twitter @JoeMusicJoeNuts .
