And that is exactly the reason I dont understand he is bailed out at the moment.

He is a threat, maybe even to himself.

I did understand that his house was on a secluded 'safe' compound/resort which you have a lot of there.
I just find too many unlogical things in his story. I would prefer he was not out at them moment.

This article gives some insight into how Reeva's family are feeling.

Which article is that?

I still think that with these serious charges, he should be behind bars, let alone traveling around the world, like nothing has happened.

I dont understand this, of course he is innocent until prove guilty and all that...but he did shoot her.
Really shocking  :shock1:

It does seem odd that he is allowed out of the country.

I've visited South Africa before and the terror of burglary/murder is very obvious as you travel round. You just have to look at the huge numbers of houses with barbed-wire topped high walls and security gates as you pass by, all of which display written clear warnings of an unhesitating armed response to any break in attempted. Over there burglary and death go far more hand in hand sadly.
Thanks to Mihi for my wonderful sig !!

I've been following the case since it started last Monday.

No matter what Pistorius was thinking at the time it is pretty clear that in the moments after and ever since he has been devastated by the consequences. Very harrowing watching some of the court coverage.

Whilst I agree that he has lived with the consequence's of his actions ever since, I think there  is no doubt that he is guilty of killing someone.  Whether he knew it was Reeva is the question.
