A guy Chris asked for dltsgdom in jbj and asked to play it too. So he got on stage and played the keyboards - it was fabulous .

That was great.   Joe is such a lovely young man - who else would do that?   Anything could have happened!

 :thankyou: Paula

A very special moment you captured . The banter was hilarious and I loved it how Joe said " not the whole song just a verse and a chorus" but it went on and on - fantastic  :bravo:

Chris got a massive smile and  thumbs up afterwards too. ( bit like Joe got from Beyoncé)

Thank you Paula and Suzette and BR    :wavehat:

I loved this show and this was a fab moment.  Joe is so relaxed and seems happy and enjoying himself.

The theatre is modern, comfortable and the perfect size.  I sat in the back row and thought the atmosphere was better there than at the front (even though I was the only person there!!).  I could really see how all the lights worked and could see all the band without having to look from side to side.  Matt was the only band member who was well lit   :D  so I was more than happy.

There had been some technical problems and the second half started a bit late.  Can't remember quite when but during the second half, all of a sudden,  all the lights went out and Joe thought it was due to technical issues again ( so did the audience) - but it was the band putting on silly hats and a member of the crew (might be Steve) bringing a birthday cake on stage for Joe - you have seen the vid.  Another fab moment.

Trudy - I think the cake was from the band and crew not a fan.

Joe saw fans afterwards at the stage door. We all (including Joe) wanted to see Chris (the guy from the audience) but he wasn't there.  I tweeted Chris last night to let him know his 'fans' had been waiting for him at the stage door - I think he was more disapppinted than us that he had had to catch a train   :haha:  He said - maybe next time........I hope I'm there!!

Sadly the seat I chose for the Swindon gig was ideal for the first half but a disaster for the second so apologies in advance for not posting everything and those that I have leave a lot to be desired but hopefully convey the great atmosphere on the night

What did Chris say after Joe says "can you play piano?"?

That was lovely and heart-warming. Seeing the pleasure on Chris's face  :tender:
